1.Where do you ship your products?

We have stocks of our products in fulfilment centres (warehouses) located in the USA, Australia, Canada and Europe. We ship from these warehouses to ensure free and fast delivery worldwide and this is also to ensure faster delivery and service for people who dropship our products.

2.What’s the warranty on the product you are selling?

We offer a 1 year warranty for all RC products purchased directly from this website; in case your products damages or have any faults, we will send you a free spare part replacement at no cost. The warranty can be claimed once. The warranty we offer on our website does not mean products will be replaced but it means you will get a free spare parts replacement from us at no cost within the 1 year period. European customers will have to pay for the customs charges for the spare part because spare parts will directly be sent from huina factory which is located in China. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER UPGRADED MODELS.

3. I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order to ship out, estimated shipping times are 3-7 Business days. Tracking numbers will be updated once courier provide it to us after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at support@huinaconstructiontoys.com.

4. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 10 days from the day the ordered is delivered to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all name and order number on the returned parcels. MAKE SURE THE PRODUCTS IS NOT DAMAGED AND IN A VERY GOOD CONDITION.
 
5. Can I cancel my order?
 You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
 
6. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change the address for you.
 
7. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centres based on your location. The estimated shipping time for all orders is 3-7 days.
