1.Where do you ship your products?
We have stocks of our products in fulfilment centres (warehouses) located in the USA, Australia, Canada and Europe. We ship from these warehouses to ensure free and fast delivery worldwide and this is also to ensure faster delivery and service for people who dropship our products.
We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty for all the products been sold on our website; in case your products damages or have any faults, we will send you a free spare part replacement at no cost. The warranty can be claimed once. The warranty we offer on our website does not mean products will be replaced but it means you will get a free spare parts replacement from us at no cost within the 1 year period. European customers will have to pay for the customs charges for the spare part because spare parts will directly be sent from huina factory which is located in China. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER UPGRADED MODELS.
3. I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order to ship out, estimated shipping times are 3-7 Business days. Tracking numbers will be updated once courier provide it to us after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
