Thank you for visiting and shopping at Huina Construction Toys. Here are some information about our Shipping Policy including the transit time, where our products are stocked and processing times. 

Order Confirmation Email:

Once you order from us, we will send an email confirmation to your email address right away.

Remote Control Models Processing and Shipping Time Frame: 

We hold stocks of these models in fulfilment centres(warehouse) located in the USA, Canada, Australia and Spain to ensure free and fast shipping. Fulfillment centres are professional warehouses and a third-party service provider that processes and ships products to customers who purchase.

Shipment Processing Time implies the time it takes for us to make your remote control model order ready for shipping. We let the warehouse process your order right after your payment is authorised. It is important for customers to be aware that sometimes warehouse's could delay in processing your order because of several reasons. Some of the most common reasons there would be delays is because of busyness at the warehouse or a Covid outbreak.

Shipping Time Frame is the estimated time in which the ordered RC model will be delivered to you. We aim to deliver your order to you as soon as possible and within the best time frame. Every order is shipped with a unique tracking number, which can be tracked along the way.

The shipping time depends on the location and the Courier Service. We use courier companies like DHL Express, FedEx, Toll, UPS or ePacket when shipping these models. However, the estimated delivery time frame is usually 3 to 7 working days.

 N.B. New Zealand, UK and a few other countries will require an additional shipping charges because we are unable to ship directly from the closest warehouse but from China. Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and several outside territories in the USA will also require additional shipping charges too.

 

Spare Parts Processing and Shipping Time Frame:

Spare parts for huina/Kabolite are accessory parts for a complete Huina RC construction model. We currently do not stock spare parts in any of the fullfillment centres but they are all shipped from Huina factory in China. Some spare parts are not largely produced and sometimes they will require manufacturing after purchase. Rest assured, we are currently in the process of stocking some of these spare parts in the fullfillment centres. When a spare part is in stock the processing time is usually 12-48 hours.

Upgrade Parts Processing and Shipping Time Frame:

Upgrade parts are produced by a different CNC manufacturing company, at the moment we currently stock these upgrades in china and all upgrade orders will be shipped from China. The processing time is usually 6-48 hours.

Batteries Processing and Shipping Time Frame:

Batteries are considered as highly dangerous goods and we are unable to ship them with express couriers due to express delivery companies simply not allowing them. Rest assured, we use the most reliable and trusted delivery couriers when shipping batteries. The processing time before shipment is usually 12-48 hours after purchase has been verified or confirmed. Please be noted, delays might happen during shipment of batteries and that is totally normal.

Note: 

  • If you are located outside the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe, please contact us before making any purchase
  • If you order a spare parts or upgrades with an rc model, please be noted that it will arrive separately and not all together. e.g if you order a sticker and a huina 1594 excavator, they will arrive at seperate times.
  • Please email us if you cannot find your country in the checkout page.
  • As a customer, if you ever experience the situation where your tracking number has been provided yet you are not able to track your order, it simply means the warehouse is waiting for the delivery company to collect your order OR the delivery companies is late in providing an update on your tracking status. 
  •  Business Days means Monday to Friday, except Holidays
  •  Orders are not Shipped on the Weekend
  •  Date of Delivery may vary when there is Courier Delays
